End of Year Family Newsletter 2018

From the Director

Welcome to our first newsletter. What a great start we have had at our brand-new Brahma Lodge centre. Myself and all the Educators are so proud of how well all of the children have adapted to their new environment.

It’s not always an easy or smooth process but the children at Treasured Tots Brahma Lodge are confident and involved learners. Just look at some of the photos we have captured:

This is just a small snap shot of all the experiences they’ve become involved in every day. Some activities are purposefully set up for particular children, generally to extend their knowledge or follow their curiosities. Some experiences are spontaneous, deriving from enquiries and interests. Each fortnight, our Programmes capture these moments to assist all children on their learning journey.

Please take a moment to view our programmes to see what your child/ren are currently involved in and enjoy doing.
Thank you to all families who made a generous donation to the Vinnies Christmas Appeal. I’m sure the appreciation will extend further from me to all those families in need over the holiday season.

We apologise again for postponing the End of Year Party and cross our fingers for better weather in January. Thank you for being understanding. We hope you can all make the new date of Friday 18th January 6-8pm at the centre. We will still have a bouncy castle, Jess from Happy Feet, a sausage sizzle and more. Let’s call it a New Year Party!!

Please remind your child/ren to pack a hat every day. If you are happy to leave your child’s hat at the centre, you can leave it in their bag locker with their name tag. Unfortunately, if there is no hat, their play is limited to under the veranda whilst outside.

If you are needing any casual days over the Christmas and New Year period, please remember to send all requests to Olivia in our Admin hub at admin2@preciouscargoeducation.com.au. She will then contact the centre staff.

Keep an eye out for our ‘Water Play Day’ in the new year.

Who could be joining our Treasured Tots Family soon?

Thanks,
Naomi Martin
